My Point of View / Thinkable Solution:
It seems, that the Global Debt could rise to a new Record at the End of 2020.

This is thinkable, because there is a big Gap between Risk Management and Chance Management / Opportunity Management all over the World.

Companies / Governments / States etc. can not see and can not use enough Chances / Opportunities at the Moment and so a lot of them make now more Debts.

On the other Side, there could be a big Chancepotential and it could be better to use more existing Chances.
